Dallas Cowboys Apparel got to attend the Monday Night Football game in Buffalo this week and boy what a treat it was…

On a very nice October night in Buffalo, Dallas Cowboys Apparel team witnessed probably one of the biggest emotional roller coasters in NFL history. Although Tony Romo, Terrell Owens and the Dallas Cowboys special teams all had off nights (except of course for our kicker), the Cowboys stuck together as a team and found a way to win a true mark of a Championship team.

Play after play the sellout crowd of Ralph Wilson Stadium in Buffalo got louder and louder and louder….The thrash talk directed to us Dallas fans was great and one must say that although they are passionate about their Bills the fans were very respectful of the fact that we had different team colors…Congratulation Buffalo!

The unflappable Tony Romo overcame five interceptions and a lost fumble to lead two last-minute drives, and rookie Nick Folk kicked a 53-yard field goal as time expired, giving the Dallas Cowboys probably one of the most satisfying wins for all Cowboys fans in the history of this great franchise.

“I haven’t been around anything like that, and that’s 31 years I’ve been in the league,” Cowboys coach Wade Phillips said of his triumphant return to Buffalo, where he was 29-19 from 1998-2000.

Folk also made field goals of 47, 29 and 37 yards.

“I felt good. I helped the team win,” he said. “I could care less if I kicked zero more field goals the rest of the year.”

Let’s forget about the fact that the Dallas Cowboys are the best team in the NFL and the Best team for the NFL…Actually lets not:

Monday night attracted the biggest cable TV viewing audience of 2007, beating out Disney’s High School Musical 2. The city of Buffalo was alive and proved very worthy as having the second best fans in the NFL. The way they cheered their 1-3 team was absolutely unbelievable.

Tony Romo’s five interceptions, Terrell Owens’ critical drop late in the game, the Cowboys’ failed two-point conversion, and the onside kick recovery, and a two for-one game-winning field goal by a rookie kicker combined to make it impossibly dramatic. Jason Whitten, the Cowboys tight end, described Dallas’s 25-24 victory as “butt ugly,” and it was…….for those guys maybe but for all fans concerned this had to have been one of the greatest games every played…

The Cowboys, the only undefeated team in the conference, have every reason to be both thrilled about Monday’s victory and concerned that a similar performance against the Patriots will result in their first loss.

And that’s exactly what gives Cowboys lovers and haters something to cling to in the days before the season’s first truly glamorous confrontation.

While pre-season expectations of the New York Jets had them predicted to win 3-4 games this season, they went on to finish 10-6 and made it to the playoffs. I think it’s a safe bet to assume the New York Jets will do the same with the opportunity to make a huge bang within the NFL merchandising side of it in 2009.

If you are a true New York Jets fan who bleeds green then you better buy your NY Jets merchandise early next season as the Jets are predicted to make a run at the Super Bowl in 2007.
